Cancellation Policy

Our clinic delivers trusted, compassionate care, using expertise and love to keep every pet healthy and happy.

Cancellations/No Shows within a 24hour time frame

Will result in an added fee on your account of $35.00

Late Pick-Up

Will result in an additional fee of $25 within the first 15min after business hours, and $35 anything exceeding the 15min threshold, resulting to $35.00/Hour

CLOSING HOURS

Tuesday-Friday Pickup by 5:30pm

Saturday by 4pm

* Please note we are not a daycare facility and truly appreciate your beloved pets getting pickup within a 30minute window of us calling when your appointment is complete.
